LIGO GRUPA d.o.o. from Koprivnica, a renowned company with 30 years of experience in the production of aluminum structures, is implementing an innovative digital transformation business project, co-funded by the European Union. The total value of the project amounts to EUR 155,869.50, with EUR 73,578.49 provided as non-refundable grants.

The project, implemented under the "Non-Refundable Grants for Digitalization" call of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, started in June 2023 and will last until January 2025. The objective of the project is to improve business processes and increase company competitiveness through the acquisition of advanced software and hardware solutions and employee training.

Within the scope of the project, ERP and DMS systems, software for architectural joinery production, CNC machine management, and CAD design tools are being procured. In addition to software, computer equipment and servers necessary for solution implementation are also included. Employee training ensures readiness to utilize new technologies, contributing to business optimization.

The implementation of the project already demonstrates positive outcomes, including faster data processing, increased productivity, reduced operational costs, and strengthened positions in both domestic and international markets.

The realization of this project is crucial for the further growth and development of the company, and its adaptation to contemporary market demands. The project was successfully prepared and executed thanks to the excellent collaboration of the owner, who has the deepest understanding of the current situation and future needs of the company, and Fine'sa Consultings d.o.o., an external consulting team with extensive knowledge and relevant experience.
