LIGO GRUPA d.o.o. from Koprivnica, a renowned company with 30 years of experience in manufacturing aluminium structures, is implementing an innovative digital transformation project with the support of the European Union. The total value of the project is EUR 155,869.50, with EUR 73,578.49 in awarded grants.

The project, funded under the “Non-repayable grants for digitalization” call from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, began in June 2023 and will run until January 2025. The goal of the project is to improve business processes and increase the company’s competitiveness by acquiring advanced software and hardware solutions and training employees.

As part of the project, ERP and DMS systems, software for manufacturing building joinery and managing CNC machines, as well as CAD tools for design, are being procured. In addition to the software, the purchase of computer equipment and servers necessary for the implementation of the solutions is also included. Employee training ensures their readiness to work with new technologies, contributing to business optimization.

The implementation of the project has already shown positive results, including faster data processing, increased productivity, reduced operating costs, and strengthened positioning in both domestic and international markets.

The successful realization of this project is crucial for the continued growth and development of the company and its adaptation to modern market demands. The project was successfully prepared and implemented thanks to the strong cooperation between the owner, who has the best knowledge of the current state and future needs of the company, and Fine’se Consultings d.o.o., as an external partner and consulting team with a wide range of knowledge and relevant experience.
