LIGO GRUPA d.o.o. from Koprivnica, a renowned company with 30 years of experience in the production of aluminum structures, is implementing an innovative digital transformation project, co-financed by the European Union. The total project value is €155,869.50, with a grant amount of €73,578.49.

The project, which is part of the “Non-repayable grants for digitalization” call under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, started in June 2023 and will last until January 2025. The goal of the project is to improve business processes and increase the company’s competitiveness through the acquisition of advanced software and hardware solutions, as well as employee education.

As part of the project, ERP and DMS systems, software for the production of construction joinery and CNC machine management, and CAD tools for design are being procured. In addition to the software, the procurement of computer equipment and servers necessary for the implementation of these solutions is also included. Employee training ensures their readiness to work with new technologies, contributing to the optimization of operations.

The implementation of the project has already shown positive results, including faster data processing, increased productivity, reduced business costs, and strengthened market position both domestically and internationally.

The realization of this project is crucial for the company’s further growth and development, as well as its adaptation to contemporary market demands. The project was successfully prepared and implemented thanks to the excellent collaboration between the owners, who are best acquainted with the current situation and future needs of the company, and Fine’se Consultings d.o.o. as external collaborators with a broad spectrum of knowledge and relevant experience.
