The construction of the shopping center began in March this year and is located between Miškinina and Marofska Streets, on the site where the former footwear company Sloga once operated. This is the 21st store in Croatia for the Italian retail chain Eurospin, with plans to open around one hundred stores in total. Eurospin offers around 50 brands and about 2,500 products, all of which are its own private labels. Among these, there are about 300 Croatian products clearly marked. Ligo Grupa carried out the aluminum joinery and ventilated facade work.
